The APEC Climate Center (APCC) held a Commendation Ceremony for 2022 World Meteorological Day on March 23, 2022, to commemorate the 'World Meteorological Day' at the international conference room inside the APEC Climate Center in Haeundae, Busan.

The event was held to commemorate this year's World Meteorological Day and award citations to APCC’s researchers and staff who have made significant contributions and dedication to the meteorological and climate sector.

- Dr. Hyungjin Kim Commendation from the Minister of Environment, Korea

- Dr. Hyunju Lee Commendation from Administrator, the The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA)

- Mr. Junmin Yoo Commendation from Director General ,the National Institute of Meteorological Sciences (NIMS)
