The 4th APCC CLIK Training Workshop was conducted from 7 - 9 June in Bangkok, Thailand in cooperation with TMD, training 18 participants from Thailand, Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Malaysia. The training workshop covered various aspects of seasonal prediction such as theoretical background, prediction methodologies, evaluation, and its operations. Strengthening the capacity was done through the training of advanced climate prediction methodologies and practical hands-on session with Information Communication Technology (ICT)-based climate prediction tools, so called CLIK. It increased the technical understanding and information available to NMHS's to implement and tailor national climate outlooks to meet the needs of respective users.
