The declaration contain codes of conduct regarding 'Respect and support for the constitution and the international norms regarding human rights', 'Prevention and remedies for human rights violations', 'Against employment discrimination and respect for diversity', 'Freedom of association and collective bargaining', 'Human rights protection of local residents', 'Provision of a safe and hygienic working environment' among others.

On the occasion of this declaration, APCC will encourage its researchers and staffs to take more interest in human rights in the workplace and will take action to implement the human rights-based management culture at the Center.
