The APEC Climate Center (APCC) organized an exhibition booth to showcase its research outcomes at the Korea Meteorological Society Fall Meeting (KMSFM) 2019.
Through this exhibition, APCC was able to promote the use of climate information by sharing its climate information research results with academia, experts, and students from meteorology & climate-related sectors.
During the exhibition, APCC introduced its climate prediction information and technology to visitors including climate scientists and students. They showed their deep interest in APCC's climate information services and the use of climate data.
In addition, APCC received a plaque of appreciation from the Korea Meteorological Society (KMS) for contributing to the exhibition booth and supporting the KMSFM 2019.
The KMSFM 2019 was held between October 30 and November 1, 2019 in the Hwabaek International Convention Center (HICO), in Gyeongju, Korea by KMS. The objective of the meeting was to promote the advancement of atmospheric and climate science, encourage the active exchange of information and technology both nationally and internationally, and enhance technology transfer to the public and private sectors.
