The APEC Climate Center (APCC) conducted a training program with the theme of “Climate Variability and Seasonal Prediction” on November 19-30 , for participants from developing countries who work in the fields of climate prediction, monitoring, and long range forecasting to build up their technical knowledge on climate variability and seasonal prediction approaches.
