APEC Climate Symposium 2014

The APEC Climate Symposium (APCS) is an annual event, held since 2005, that brings together around 100 scientists, representatives of National Hydrological and Meteorological Services, academics, policy-makers and students from around the world to discuss emerging issues in climate prediction and its applications. The APEC Climate Symposium 2014 was held in Nanjing, China from October 27-29. The theme of this edition of the symposium was Managing Climate Extremes and Hydrologic Disasters, co-hosted by the Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology (NUIST).
