2010년도 APEC 기후심포지엄
APEC 기후센터(APCC)에서는 2005년 센터 설립 이후부터 매년 APEC 기후 심포지엄을 개최하여 아태지역 기상청 대표단과 기후과학 및 활용 분야 과학자, 정책입안자, 이해관계자 등을 초청, 관련 논의를 진행해 오고 있습니다. 2010년도 APEC 기후심포지엄은 대한민국 부산시 APEC 기후센터에서 2010년 6월 21일부터 24일까지 4일간 개최되었습니다. 본 심포지엄의 주제는 'APEC 회원국 및 관련 기관간 협업을 통한 극한 기후 현상에 대한 적응력 구축(Building Adaptive Capability to Extreme Climate Events through Networking among APEC Economies and Relevant Organizations and Projects)'으로 선정되었습니다.
